Prospect information is kept for up to three years from the last relevant active contact, unless a legal obligation or another applicable legal basis requires otherwise. Inactive prospect information is not kept indefinitely.
Where it becomes necessary to answer a request, certain information may later be shared with the providers concerned — hotels, villas, chauffeurs, restaurants, aviation, yachts and activity providers. Only the information strictly necessary is transmitted.
When you contact Atlas through WhatsApp, the communication also relies on the services of WhatsApp / Meta and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Atlas does not control the technical processing carried out by WhatsApp.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent where applicable by writing to tdivialle@dontonycorp.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL — Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés.
In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the French version prevails, subject to applicable law.
